We have a Contact form on our website so that you can send us direct messages. We will use the information you supply to respond to your communication. There is an option to subscribe to our newsletter. If you tick the box you will be added to our newsletter mailing list. Every newsletter we send includes an “unsubscribe” link.


If you make an online donation to CHASE Africa via our Donate page you will make your payment using the Stripe payment processing service. Stripe will send us details of your donation as well as your email address. We will use your email address to thank you for your donation. The email we send you will include an invitation to subscribe to our newsletter.


You can subscribe directly to our newsletter via any page of the website. You will be added to our newsletter subscription list and receive no more than one newsletter per month. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing.

How do you handle debit and credit cards?

We don’t! All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Stripe.

You can read their privacy policy at We will share information with Stripe only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

Where do you keep personal information?

How secure is my information?

We do not handle the processing of any debit or credit card transactions on this website – online donations are handled via BT’s MyDonate payment processing service.

We take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We store all the personal information you provide on secure servers.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

How do I know what you know about me?

You may request that we provide you with any personal information we hold about you; letting you have such information will depend on you supplying appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).
