Safeguarding policy

This policy covers Safeguarding Code of Conduct; Anti-Bullying and Harassment; Disclosure of Malpractice in the Workplace (Whistleblowing), Complaints and Dealing with Safeguarding Reports.

CHASE Africa conducts its business at all times with the highest standards of integrity and honesty. It expects all its employees to maintain the same standards in everything they do.

Individuals working for CHASE Africa are therefore strongly encouraged to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of others in the charity, or the way in which the charity is run. The Safeguarding Policy provides further information on how staff should report a concern, and sets out the ways in which CHASE Africa will investigate any issues arising from a disclosure.

Should you wish to raise a concern, or make a complaint, about CHASE Africa as a member of the public, please see the Complaints section of the policy then contact us. For general information on raising concerns about a charity, please visit the Charity Commission website.
