Francis brings over 13 years of experience leading projects aimed at ensuring no one is left behind. A seasoned Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and Youth Technical Lead, guided by a deep commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive spaces, Francis works tirelessly to dismantle barriers and create environments where all individuals, regardless of background, geography, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation, have access to development outcomes.

Francis holds a Master’s of Arts Degree in Development Studies and an Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences.
