How do you use personal information?
We will use your personal information to administer our website and business and enable your use of the services available on our website. On our website there are three ways you can explicitly give us information:

We have a Contact form on our website so that you can send us direct messages. We will use the information you supply to respond to your communication. There is an option to subscribe to our newsletter. If you tick the box you will be added to our newsletter mailing list. Every newsletter we send includes an “unsubscribe” link.
Donate
If you make an online donation to CHASE Africa via our Donate page you will make your payment using the Stripe payment processing service. Stripe will send us details of your donation as well as your email address. We will use your address and email address to thank you for your donation.
Newsletter
You can subscribe directly to our newsletter via any page of the website. You will be added to our newsletter subscription list and receive no more than one newsletter per month, normally these are quarterly. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing.
How do you handle debit and credit cards?
We don’t! All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Stripe.
You can read their privacy policy at here. We will share information with Stripe only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
For those giving online in the US, payment processing is handled by CAF America.
From time to time we use other platforms for fundraising – for example, the Big Give. Your use of any platform is subject to the appropriate privacy policy. Please contact us if you need more information.
