Tori Rumbold Wright

Tori is a medical anthropologist with a decade’s experience working in sexual and reproductive health across sub-Saharan Africa. Time spent with WWF in the Lamu archipelago of northern Kenya forged an early interest in the influence of population issues on the environment. Subsequent work with the Population Council demonstrated the importance of community involvement in securing positive outcomes for health and food security. She holds an MA in the Social Anthropology of Development from SOAS and lives in Kenya and Dorset, UK.
